Chalet Basse Chapelle
Chalet Basse Chapelle is a spacious apartment within an Alpine chalet that blends modern design with traditional features. The chalet boasts exceptional views of the surrounding mountains, take in the views from the outdoor hot tub after a day on the slopes.
The chalet apartment has 5 en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The main living/dining area is on the ground floor and has an open fireplace, perfect for winter nights. The outdoor space has a hot tub that is shared with the rest of the building, ideal for relaxing your muscles after a day on the slopes.
In the lower level, accessed via an internal spiral staircase from the ground floor or via an external door, there’s a ski and board storage room with heated boot warmers, a sauna and a shower cubicle. The boot room is shared with guests staying in Chalets Haute Chapelle and Petite Chapelle on the upper floors.
Offering the best of both worlds, the chalet is in a quiet location and only 5 minutes' walk from the lively centre of Morzine, with its après-ski bars, cafés, shops and many restaurants.
Access to the lifts and slopes is easy, it's 500m to the Super Morzine gondola and 700m to the Pleney lift. If you’d prefer, the ski bus stops a couple of minutes away from the chalet and can take you around Morzine or to the Prodains lift (with easy access to the centre of Avoriaz) in 10-15 minutes.
Chalet board is included and consists of breakfast, afternoon tea and cake and dinner with wine, provided by your chalet host. Chalet staff have 2 days off a week, on a Wednesday and Saturday. On these days the chalet host will leave breakfast and afternoon tea out for you, but the evening meal is not provided, which gives you an opportunity to dine out in one of Morzine’s many restaurants. Guests will continue to receive a three-course evening meal with wine on the other 5 nights of the week.
