Get ready for take-off...
Your ski holiday is just around the corner, please check-in online prior to travel. Each airline will request that you provide Advance Passenger Information (API) and to do this you will need your airline booking reference.
Where can I find my booking reference?
Once you have paid the balance of your holiday we will issue your final booking confirmation, which will include your flight booking reference in the email. Please note that this is not your holiday booking reference, but a separate reference issued by the airline you are travelling with..
What is API?
The majority of the EU member states require passengers to complete their Additional Passenger Information (API) prior to departure. The airline that you are travelling with will ask you for the requested information when you check-in for your flight. Please contact your airline if you have any questions about API requirements. It is important to note that providing your API is not the same as applying for a visa. Information about visa requirements can be found here .
Airlines will request the following information:
- Full name as per your passport
- Date of birth
- Type of travel document
- Passport or identity card number
- Country that issued your passport or identity card
- Date of expiry of passport or identity card
Due to Brexit, please ensure you have at least six months of validity left on your passport from your date of travel. Other changes may take place between now and your holiday, therefore please stay up-to-date by visiting www.gov.uk/visit-europe-brexit
