Where can I find my booking reference?

Your flight booking reference can be found on your customer invoice that was emailed at the time of booking. This is the booking reference requested when you check-in online.

What is API?

The majority of the EU member states require passengers to complete their Additional Passenger Information (API) prior to departure. The airline that you are travelling with will ask you for the requested information when you check-in for your flight. Please contact your airline if you have any questions about API requirements. It is important to note that providing your API is not the same as applying for a visa. Information about visa requirements can be found here .

Airlines will request the following information:

  • Full name as per your passport
    Date of birth
    Type of travel document
    Passport or identity card number
Country that issued your passport or identity card
Date of expiry of passport or indentity card
